Yoga Teachers Training Couse (YTTC-200) from Yoga School, registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. His philosophy style involves correct postural alignment, balancing strength and flexibility, applying suitable modifications and variations and creating a compassionate space where people feel safe to explore and challenge themselves.

Teachers Training Course (RYT-500) from Yoga Alliance, USA, which acknowledges the completion of a Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has been completed her YIC (Yoga Instructor Training Course) from S-VYASA, Bangalore and Master of Business Administrative (MBA) – Yoga and Healthcare Management from VYASA BUSINESS SCHOOL, Bangalore, India. She is a yoga mentor with diversified experience in Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, Mantras chanting, and yoga philosophy. Dr. Keshava Murthy is a renowned spiritual teacher with a rich background in Yoga, philosophy, and spirituality. Born and raised in a south Indian spiritual family, he developed a strong foundation in Spirituality and Yoga from an early age. Guided by the teachings of enlightened masters, Dr. Keshava embarked on a journey of studying Sanskrit, Yoga, and philosophy.
His path led him to his Spiritual Master, the esteemed teacher of Vedanta, H.H. Swamy Dayanandaji of the Himalayas. For five years, Dr. Keshava underwent rigorous training in Rishikesh monastery, immersing himself in the study of Sanskrit, the Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita, the original source book of Yoga and philosophy, under the guidance of Swami Dayanandaji and his senior disciples.
During his time in Rishikesh, Dr. Keshava also had the privilege of studying Yogic mysticism under the tutelage of the Himalayan Spiritual Master, Swami Vedabharati, where he received initiation into Meditation and the Mystic tradition. Driven by his thirst for knowledge, he pursued academic achievements, earning an M.Sc. and PhD in Modern psychology. His doctoral thesis focused on the interactive effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence.
Further expanding his expertise, Dr. Keshava continued his studies in Sanskrit, earning an M.A. in the language and also obtaining an M.A. Degree in Advaita Vedanta philosophy. He further deepened his knowledge with an M.Sc. Degree in Yoga and Mind Sciences.
With over 3000 hours of teaching experience, Dr. Keshava has been sharing his wisdom in various academic settings and yoga teacher training centers. He has conducted more than 100 Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation Teacher Training courses, attracting seekers from all around the world. His teachings encompass Yoga philosophy, Meditation and Pranayama, therapeutic yoga, the principle teachings of original Tantra, Sanskrit language and poetry, and Vedic Mantra Chanting.
Dr. Keshava is dedicated to bringing together the ancient yogic spiritual wisdom, Advaita Vedanta philosophy, and modern scientific principles of Psychology and Quantum physics in his teachings. His aim is to promote peace and harmony in today's society by bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding.
Beyond his role as a psychologist and spiritual therapist, Dr. Keshava is a passionate advocate of alternative healing and ancient energy channeling techniques. He is a certified master healer in the Dr. Usui system of Reiki healing and actively practices and teaches Reiki and Pranic healing.
